All Students and Staff will be photographed.
This program offers an extensive selection of packages and individual items for your specific needs. Prior to School Photo Day, students will receive information, by their School Email, with instructions on how to view their images and select any packages. You will be able to view the image prior to ordering.
We schedule a Photo Retake Day with your school.
Students that were absent or need to be rephotographed, please come prepared on your scheduled Photo Retake Day.
Your Retake Images will be online for ordering. Students will receive information, by their School Email, with instructions on how to view their images and select any packages. You will be able to view the image prior to ordering.
You can still order from the Original Image at any time. *Late charges will apply after the Original Photo Day Ordering Due Date*Perfect for removing skin blemishes, the retouching option is available for all school photo package and individual selections. This does not include removal of hair strands, glass glare, braces or piercings. Please select the Digital Retouching check box on the order form and include your payment.
- Wear solid colours or simple patterns.
- If you wear a school uniform, pressed shirts and collars always look best.
- Bring a comb or brush to style your hair before your photo.

Any student information collected and used by Focus Imaging Inc. is exclusively for the purpose of providing photographic services to our customers and responding to our customers' specific questions or concerns. Focus Imaging Inc. protects all personal information collected from any unauthorized access, use or disclosure as outlined in the `Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act.`

Ordering School Photos
All students are photographed for school services. Photos can be purchased online after Photo Day.
Instructions will be sent, via School Email, how to view and Order Online.
Retouching of School Photos
The retouching service applies to facial blemishes only. This service does not apply to glass glare, braces, teeth whitening, hair, earrings, tattoos, scars, or moles.

Post dated cheques are not accepted. A $30.00 charge will apply to any NSF Cheques.
Missed Photo Day
We schedule a Photo Retake Day with your school.

How do I receive my order?
Orders placed prior to the Ordering Due Date, will be returned to your School for distribution. *Some exceptions apply* Please allow a few days for distribution.
Late orders will be returned directly to your home. You will receive your order by Canada Post. Please look for a key in your Super Mailbox for one of the larger compartments that will hold a larger package, or a Canada Post Notice to pick up your package at your local Post Office.
School Orders
Please verify if your photo order was placed within the Due Date or as a Late Order. This will determine the delivery method.
Within the Due Date, delivery is to the school. Please allow a few days for all packages to be distributed by your school.
Outside the Due Date; orders are shipped, via Canada Post, to you directly. Please monitor your Canada Post Mailbox. Orders take 5-6 weeks for delivery. Digital Orders are sent via secure Digital Download in 7 business days.Graduation Photo Orders
Once you receive your images online, you can order Graduation Photos at any time. Please allow approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery back to your home. *Some exceptions apply*
You will receive your Graduation Photo order, via Canada Post, to you directly. Please monitor you Canada Post Mailbox for the package, or a key, for one of the larger compartments, that will accomodate a larger package, or a Canada Post Notice to pick up your package at your local Post Office.
Digital Orders are sent via secure Digital Download in 7 business days.Photo Availability
School photos are on file for one school year.
Graduation photos are on file for three school years. *Some exceptions apply*Contact us for any Photographic Events or Products.
